Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Jodie spent seven years in Amsterdam, The Netherlands performing as an acrobat and stilt walker for several European theatre troupes, including Cirque du Soleil. She then discovered Swing Dancing, which lends itself spectacularly with the acrobatic flips and tricks. Since then, Jodie has been teaching and performing Swing around Europe and Australia, and now San Francisco. Jodie loves to Follow and Lead, and her favorite themes in swing dance are 'Fun and Flow'.
